Effective date: September 8, 2026 Consus Industries Inc. (“Consus”) operates Consus Gateway, an AI model routing service for government and defense workloads. This policy describes what data we collect and how we handle it. The short version: we are built not to keep your data.

Prompts and model responses

We do not store them. Consus Gateway uses a zero-persistence architecture: prompts and model responses are processed in ephemeral container memory and are never written to disk, logged, or stored in any persistent data store.

What we do collect

How we use it

Solely to operate, secure, and bill for the service. We do not sell data, share it for advertising, or use customer data to train models.

Where it lives

All service data is processed and stored in U.S. government-authorized cloud regions. See the Security page for the full architecture, encryption, and compliance posture.

Sharing

We share data only with the cloud infrastructure providers that host the service (as processors, under their government-cloud terms), or when required by law. Model prompts are transmitted to the government-authorized model endpoint you select; providers are configured for zero data retention where offered.

Your choices and rights

Customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their account data at any time. Because we retain no prompt or response content, there is no content data to request.
